Margaret (Peggy) Klutts began writing grants in January 2014 where she assisted a non-profit organization secure approximately 44% of the grants that they submitted. Peggy understands that helping organizations obtain grants is her calling and duty to the body of Christ. Her services are not limited to grant proposals because she believes in sharing her gifts with those who desire to learn the same process of writing grants. She has created a simple, time saving 'do it yourself' module for others to utilize with great success as an alternative to hiring a professional grant writer.
Linda Cowels is a legal document provider with a degree in Paralegal Studies. She is a bonded and insured Notary Public in the State of Florida, and has been providing legal documents for clients since 1997. Linda worked at Seminole State College of Florida from 1979 until 2010, where she served 31 faithful and progressive years with her last 15 years as the Executive Assistant to the President and the Board of Trustees. With a doctorate in Christian Theology, an associate in Business Administration and an associate in Paralegal Studies, she specializes in Business Corporate administration, with over 25 years experience assisting organizations with their corporate establishments. Linda is the CEO and Founder of Anointed Community Services International, where she and her team manages the Elese Tomlin Community Center for the City of Groveland. Linda contributed to the writing and acquisition of a $6.2 million grant for the City as a partner along with a local church. Anointed in partnership with the City of Groveland acquired a $2.2 M grant to build a new Elese Tomlin Empowerment Center, which will have a business incubator, a training room, game room, computer lab and a community library for the residents of Groveland to enjoy. Linda serves as the Vice-Chair of the Recreation Advisory Committee for the City of Groveland. She is an ordained Pastor, Apostolic Woman (establishing global ministries), a Missionary, Author and Radio Personality.
