Margaret (Peggy) Klutts began writing grants in January 2014 where she assisted a non-profit organization secure approximately 44% of the grants that they submitted. Peggy understands that helping organizations obtain grants is her calling and duty to the body of Christ. Her services are not limited to grant proposals because she believes in sharing her gifts with those who desire to learn the same process of writing grants. She has created a simple, time saving 'do it yourself' module for others to utilize with great success as an alternative to hiring a professional grant writer.
Dr. Linda Cowels contributed to the writing and acquisition of a $6.2 million grant for the City of Groveland as a partner along with a local church. Anointed in partnership with the City of Groveland acquired $2.2 M of this grant to build a new Elese Tomlin Empowerment Center, which will have a business incubator, a training room, game room, computer lab and a community library for the residents of Groveland to enjoy. Dr. Linda has a doctorate in Theology, and is the founder of many nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and abroad. She has an associate in Business Administration and an associate in Paralegal Studies, with over 25 years experience assisting organizations with their corporate establishments. She is a bonded and insured Notary Public in the State of Florida. Dr. Linda worked at a nonprofit College for 31 faithful years with her last 15 years serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and the District Board of Trustees. As CEO and Founder of Anointed Community Services International, she and her team manages the Elese Tomlin Community Center for the City of Groveland. She serves as the Vice-Chair of the Recreation Advisory Committee for the City and is the Dean of the River Bible Institute in Clermont, FL. She is an ordained Pastor, Community Advocate, Apostolic Woman, Missionary, Author and Radio Personality.
